Instructions
Fill the Smash Bag with towels or old linen to your desired weight. Longridge recommends the filled weight to be around 10 pounds. Set the Smash Bag against a wall or immovable object and stand in front of the bag. Swing at half speed and check that your golf club face is square at impact, then begin to work up to a full-speed swing.
