GOLF SPECIFIC 6-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME
Whether your goal is to smash 130mph clubhead speed or break 90 this six-week online training programme will be customised to your needs to ensure you improve on and off the golf course. Coached by Jack who is a qualified Personal Trainer and owns a fitness equipment business called Yakka Strength, you will be guided through 6 weeks of intense training.
The programme will begin with a consultation where you and Jack will discuss your current training experience, time available for training, the facility and equipment you intend to train with, your goals for the programme and much more.
After Jack has an insight into your daily habits, he will build a personalised workout plan that you'll follow for the next six weeks. You will be able to contact your trainer daily if you have any questions and he will check in weekly to keep you on track.
Additionally, to your gym work, Jack will show you how to track your food intake and give you nutrition tips on what you should be consuming when you're striding the fairways and cooking in the kitchen.

Do I need access to a gym or can I do it without any equipment?
You will achieve better results with access to a fully equipped gym but Jack can design a plan with limited to no equipment.
I work full-time and have limited hours to get my gym sessions in. Can Jack accommodate?
Yes. The plan is fully customised to your individual needs. Jack will plan the program around your lifestyle.
How is the program delivered?
You will receive a 6-week step-by-step workout plan by email and have direct contact with Jack. Your trainer will check in weekly to keep you on track to achieve your goals.
