The GOLFBUDDY GB LASER 2S has three targeting modes: standard, scan, and pin finder with vibration. The rangefinder also has an on/off slope option that provides slope-adjusted distances for various altitudes for greater accuracy, and it is legal for handicap and tournament play.

STANDARD MODE
The distance will be shown in the display with vibration when you click the button while pointing at the target.
SCAN MODE
To show the distance to each target, press the measuring button once. It may be scanned for 10 seconds continuously and only requires one click to begin.
PIN MODE
When there are a lot of obstacles behind the pin, you can use this mode to get an accurate distance. Once aimed towards a specific target, click the measurement button, and move the unit toward the pin to display the distance.
Changing from meters to yards hold the "M" button for 2 seconds.
Changing from the slope on to off hold the "M" button for 5 seconds
