SUPERSPEED C
SUPERSPEED C
The Speed Training System of Choice for Padraig Harrington, 3x Major Winner and 2024 World Golf Hall of Fame Inductee.
As the rotational speed of the golf swing moves up the chain from the ground through the hips, torso, and eventually to the arms and hands, a golfer must sequence the final parts of this chain efficiently to create maximum club head speed at impact.
C stands for counterweight. By moving mass behind the player's hands, we are able to reduce the resistance of the club head releasing around impact, helping the golfer to train maximum arm/hand and release speed in their golf swing.
Choose the correct SuperSpeed C system for you and then choose your tech to track your progress.

How do I use the SuperSpeed Sticks?
Follow the free Overspeed Training program here.
Do I need a launch monitor to do speed training?
A launch monitor isn't required to participate in speed training but we do recommend using one because it will track your swing speeds and give you extra motivation to go faster.
Is SuperSpeed training for all ages?
Yes! SuperSpeed has purposely made different sticks to cater for all ages so you see the best results.
OVERSPEED TRAINING
WHAT IS IT?
OverSpeed Training takes a known motion like the golf swing and speeds up the reaction speed of your muscles when you make the motion. This works by using clubs slightly lighter than your driver, reducing the dynamic resistance of your swing, and allowing your body to move much faster than normal.
